We are deploying an additional Curve pool to improve the liquidity around the stETH:ETH peg. The pool will feature additional incentives, starting at 1,000,000 LDO / week. The pool is currently almost empty, suggesting high APR to initial depositors.

Follow the guide below to migrate from Curve/Convex/Yearn to Curve.

Please note Step 1 is only relevant if you are staked to Curve via Yearn or Convex. If you have staked directly via Curve, please proceed to Step 2.

Step 1. Remove stETH liquidity from Convex/Yearn

a. Removing stETH liquidity from Convex

  1. Visit www.convexfinance.com/stake and use the search bar function to find the stETH pool.

  2. Navigate to the ‘Withdraw’ tab.

  3. Choose the amount of stethCRV to withdraw, 13:1 (13 stETH to 1 ETH) in this case.

  4. Click ‘Unstake & Withdraw’ and confirm the transaction in your wallet. The crvstETH will be withdrawn to your connected ETH wallet.

  5. Once complete, withdraw the stETH from your crvstETH using the steps outlined in Step 2.

b. Removing stETH liquidity from Yearn

  1. Visit yearn.finance/#/vault/0xdCD90C7f6324cfa40d7169ef80b12031770B4325 and navigate to the ‘Withdraw’ tab on the right hand side of the UI.

  2. Under ‘From Vault’, choose the amount of Curve stETH to withdraw to your wallet.

  3. Under ‘To Wallet’, select a token to withdraw. In this case, choose crvstETH.

  4. Press ‘Sign’ and confirm.

  5. Press ‘Withdraw’ and confirm. The crvstETH will be withdrawn to your connected ETH wallet.

  6. Once complete, withdraw the stETH from your crvstETH using the steps outlined in Step 2.

Step 2: Remove stETH from stETH/ETH Curve pool

  1. Go to curve.fi/steth/withdraw to withdraw your stETH from the current Curve pool.

  2. For ‘Share of Liquidity’, choose 100%.

  3. For ‘Withdraw % In’, unstake 100% from gauge, withdraw 93% in stETH and withdraw 100% (of the remaining liquidity) in ETH.

  4. Press ‘Withdraw’ and confirm the transaction using your ETH wallet.

Step 3: Add liquidity to 'stETH concentrated' Curve pool

  1. Go to curve.fi/factory/117/deposit to add liquidity to the new stETH/wETH pool.

  2. Choose the amount of stETH/ETH to add to the new pool - 13:1 (13 stETH to 1 wETH) in this case.

  3. Leave ‘Add all coins in a balanced proportion’ unchecked.

  4. Leave ‘Use the maximum amount of coins available’ checked.

  5. Press ‘Deposit and stake in gauge’ and confirm the transaction using your ETH wallet. Make sure to deposit/stake LP tokens in Curve gauge.
