On Etherscan you will have to click on the token in the dropdown menu. A new page should load and trigger an update of your balance. Tokens with rebase mechanisms, unfortunately don't update automatically in their UI.

Etherscan needs to be updated. You can manually update it to show your stETH balance increase.
